Late February Update
Five features in one day. All requested by beta testers, all solving real problems.
Gig cancellations
Cancel a gig properly without deleting it. The record stays in your history but is removed from your earnings, mileage, and upcoming gigs. Your numbers stay accurate and you've still got a record of what was booked.
Cancellation fees
If you're owed a cancellation fee — common with weddings and corporates — you can now record it against the cancelled gig. The fee counts toward your income for the tax year without the gig appearing in your active totals.
Search
A search bar at the top of the gigs page. Type a venue name, agency, or gig type and it filters your list instantly. No more scrolling through months of history to find that gig from October.
Gig sharing
Share gig details with a dep, bandmate, or partner via WhatsApp, iMessage, or any messaging app. The shared message includes the venue, address, a tappable Google Maps link, times, and any notes you've added. Fees and payment information are never shared.
Upcoming gigs posters
A second poster type alongside the availability cards. Select which upcoming gigs to feature, choose a style and background, and generate a poster showing your confirmed dates. Perfect for Instagram Stories, Facebook, or sending to venues that like to promote their acts.
