Mileage Accuracy & Auto Receipting
Two updates that help your numbers stay accurate and your admin stay minimal.
Mileage accuracy upgrade
Mileage calculations now use actual driving routes via Google Maps rather than simplified distance estimates. For performers driving to rural venues or locations where the road winds significantly, this means more accurate mileage figures on your tax records. All existing venue distances have been automatically recalculated — you don't need to do anything.
Auto receipting
When you log a payment against a gig, Gigflow now asks if you want to send a receipt to the client. If you've already added the client's email when you created the gig, it's one tap. If not, it prompts you to add one — and remembers it for next time. The receipt is professional, timestamped, and stored against the gig.
Invoice sequencing
Invoices now include an auto-incrementing sequence number with a customisable prefix. This keeps your invoicing HMRC-compliant without you having to track numbers manually.
