Multi-Stop Journeys
A wedding ceremony at one venue, then an evening reception at another. Three pub gigs in one night across different parts of town. A care home in the afternoon followed by a club in the evening. Performers regularly work multiple venues in a single day, and tracking the mileage properly has always been a headache.
What's new
You can now add up to four venue stops on a single gig. Gigflow calculates the full round-trip mileage — home to the first venue, between venues, and back home — using actual driving routes at HMRC rates.
Your gig card shows the complete route: "The Grand → The Crown Hotel." The mileage figure on your tax summary reflects the real journey, not just one venue's distance.
How to use it for double bookings
If you've got two separate bookings on the same day with different fees, add them as two separate gigs as normal. On the first gig, add the second venue as a stop so Gigflow calculates the full journey. On the second gig, set the mileage override to zero. Your total mileage claim stays accurate with no double-counting.
Works across all gig phases
Multi-stop routes appear on the enrichment screen, the Tonight briefing card, and the post-gig summary. The full journey is visible wherever you need it.
