Payment Tracking
Getting paid for a gig isn't always straightforward. There's the deposit from the agency, the balance paid three weeks later, the cash top-up from the venue on the night. Until now, most performers tracked this in their heads or with a tick in a spreadsheet.
Gigflow now tracks every payment against every gig individually.
What's new
Log multiple payments per gig — deposits, partial payments, final balances. Each entry records the amount, date, and method. Gigflow automatically calculates what's still outstanding and updates your totals everywhere: the gig detail screen, the home screen, and your tax year summary.
A £200 gig with a £50 deposit logged shows as "Part Paid" with £150 remaining. Log the final £150 and it flips to "Paid." Simple, visual, and accurate.
Why it matters
Knowing exactly what you're owed — and from whom — is the difference between chasing the right payments and letting money slip through the cracks. The home screen now shows a single figure: your total outstanding balance across all unpaid gigs. No more adding things up manually at the end of the month.
