One-Tap Invoicing
Most performers either don't invoice at all (and wait for the agency to remember), or spend ten minutes after every gig filling in a Word template and emailing it manually. Both approaches cost you money — either through delayed payments or through time you could spend doing literally anything else.
What's new
Gigflow now generates professional invoices pre-filled with everything from the gig: date, venue, fee, your bank details, and a sequential invoice number that's HMRC-compliant. Add your bank details once in settings, and every invoice is ready to send with a single tap.
If the agency's email is stored against their profile, the invoice goes straight to them. If not, Gigflow prompts you to add it — and remembers it for next time.
How it works
Open a completed gig. Tap "Send Invoice." Review the pre-filled details. Send. The invoice is timestamped and stored against the gig so you've got a record of when it was sent — useful when you're chasing payment three weeks later.
Why it matters
The faster you invoice, the faster you get paid. Performers who invoice the morning after a gig consistently get paid quicker than those who wait until the end of the week or month. One tap, done, move on with your day.
