Gig Enrichment & Tonight Screen
A gig is more than a date and a fee. There's the contact number for the venue, the dress code, how many sets, what time to arrive, where to park, what to bring. Most performers keep this scattered across text messages, emails, and scraps of paper.
Gigflow now stores all of it in one place — and surfaces exactly what you need at the right moment.
Gig enrichment
Every gig can now hold: start and end times, arrival time, contacts (venue manager, event organiser, agent), dress code, number of sets, booking source, and post-gig notes. After the gig, add your rating, tips earned, and any notes for next time. There's also a prep checklist for tasks like packing cables, printing setlists, or confirming parking.
The Tonight screen
When you've got a gig today, the home screen transforms into a briefing card. It shows the venue, address with a tappable map link, arrival time, performance times, contacts, dress code, and your prep checklist. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Why it matters
The ten minutes before you leave for a gig are always slightly panicked. "What time did they say?" "What's the contact number?" "Did I pack the DI box?" The Tonight screen answers all of it without hunting through messages. And after the gig, your notes and rating are stored against the venue — useful when they rebook you six months later and you can't remember if the PA was any good.
