March Update
A month of milestones and steady improvements.
Ambassador programme
We've launched an ambassador programme for performers who want to help other gigging musicians discover Gigflow. Ambassadors get early access to new features, direct input on what gets built next, and a role in shaping a product built for performers by performers.
Press coverage
Gigflow has been featured in regional press, with our first media placements covering the story of how a Hull-based vocalist and her partner built a gig management app from the frustration of post-gig admin. The press room is live at gigflow.co.uk/press-room.
Drive time estimates
Venues now show estimated drive time alongside distance. When you're deciding whether to accept a gig 60 miles away, knowing it's 50 minutes on the A63 versus 90 minutes on country lanes makes a real difference.
Downgrade protection
If you cancel your Pro subscription, all your historical data stays visible. You can still view every gig, expense, and report you've ever created. Read access is never removed — only the ability to add new records beyond the free tier limit. Your data is yours.
1,000 gigs tracked
At the end of March, Gigflow passed 1,000 gigs tracked across all users. For an app that's been live for 75 days, built with a small group of beta testers in Hull and East Yorkshire, that feels like a proper milestone.
First video testimonial
Our first performer video testimonial was published on TikTok and YouTube — a real user talking about how Gigflow has changed their post-gig routine. More to come.
